Dear Parents,
You are hereby cordially invited to the Annual Day Celebrations of our school scheduled on Friday, 06/12/2019 and on Saturday 07/12/2019. You are requested to be present in the school premises by 3:00 p.m on both the days and be with us till the end of the entire programme to see the children happy and keep them motivated. Those Parents/Relatives attending the programme are strictly not allowed for Photography/Videography. Those who wish to buy photos have to pay Rs.65/- each and Rs.150/-per Video DVD latest by 10/12/2019 to the Class Teacher.
PROGRAMME SCHEDULE
Date: 6/12/2019
3:30 p.m to 6:00 p.m : KG School & Primary Cultural events
Note: Parents are requested to collect their wards immediately after the completion of their performance
6:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m : Formal function (Proficiency prizes of Classes 1 to 4 of 2018-19 will be awarded)
7:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m : Continuation of Cultural events of Primary Section
(The programme may extend by another half an hour).
Date: 07/12/2019
3:30 p.m to 5:15 p.m : Yakshagana (Theme: Narakasura Moksha)
5:15 to 6:00p.m: Cultural events of Secondary & P.U Students.
6:00 to 7:00 p.m : Formal Function (Proficiency prizes of Classes 5 to 12 of 2018-19 will be awarded)
7:00 p.m to 8:30 p.m : Cultural events of Secondary & P.U Students.
(The programme may extend by another half an hour).
Note:
- School bus facility is available for the students to arrive to the school on both the days. Busses will start from the starting point at 12:00 noon to reach the school at 1:00 p.m. Students are requested to eat lunch at home or bring lunch box to the school. Light snacks will be served in the school. Keeping in view of the enormous crowd expected on the days of celebrations the school will not make any arrangement for lunch from the school.
- There will be an arrangement of buses for the parents from Belman to School premises at 3:00p.m. You are requested to be present in the school premises on both the days by 3:00p.m.
- For return journey school bus facility is available for both students and parents.
- Parents are requested to take care and keep a watch on their kids on both the days.
- Parents/Relatives or outsiders are not allowed to enter green room. However if any teacher needs any help in the green room, you will be informed well in advance.
Students may come in Colour Dress on both the days.
