You are cordially invited to the Annual Sports Meet 2019scheduled on Saturday, 30/11/2019. Your presence on the occasion and encouragement of the athletes will make the programme a memorable one. Dr. Tirumaleshwara Bhat Principal, SMVITM, Bantakal will inaugurate the meet at 9:30 a.m. Formal invitation is attached in the TENO app.
- Sports Day prize distribution of Classes I to IV will be held on Friday, 29/11/2019 from 10:30 a.m. onwards. Prize winners are requested to come with their parents to receive the prizes on that day in time. No classes for the students of NUR to IV on November 29th& 30th.
- Heats will be conducted for CLASSES V TO XII on Friday, 29/11/2019 (regular school timings). And the remaining sports events and finals will be conducted on Saturday, 30/11/2019.
- Students of CLASSES NUR TO IV may come to witness Sports Day on Saturday, 30/11/2019 only if they are accompanied and taken care of by their parents.
- On Saturday, 30/11/2019 buses will pick the children in the Morning 45 minutes before the usual time.
Please Note: The Valedictory function will start at 4:00 p.m and the programme may extend upto 6:00 p.m. School buses will leave school campus by 6:00 p.m
- Dress Code: Sports Uniform on both the days.
- Fun games are arranged for the parents (ONLY PARENTS ARE ALLOWED. GUARDIANS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE) on that day at 2.30 p.m. Lunch is arranged for the parents and students on Saturday, 30/11/2019. (Annual Sports Day).
